This customer is a professional lithium-ion battery system provider, by its years of automotive standard manufacturing systems in the power field, fly stack technology, and energy storage field forward development of the underlying logic, science, and technology innovation in the field of strong R & D strength, as well as a strong production capacity layout of the base, has now become China’s head of the energy enterprises. Since 2020, Wanfur has cooperated with this customer on dozens of ten million power battery module lines, and we have been highly praised by this customer for our excellent technology and delivery strength, which has laid a solid foundation for the deepening of cooperation between the two sides in the future.
This project is a customized module PACK assembly line for the customer’s stacked short blade L500 325Ah energy storage special batteries, the production line functions include batteries online, pre-treatment, module welding, post-weld testing, etc., the production line has the same type of batteries, the same type of modules with different quantities of mixed production and fast switching capacity.
At the beginning of the project, Wanfur Intelligence quickly set up a professional team, increased the coordination efforts, and fully guaranteed the customer’s production line delivery plan.
