Recently, Wanfur has completed the shipment and delivery of the first SG suspension oil pump motor production line in three months with the self-driven force of challenge and breakthrough. Production Line Composition
The production line includes stator wire frame press-fitting, wire head shaving, connecting piece welding, converging bridge press-fitting, stator wire head pre-compression and wire trimming, converging bridge welding, stator comprehensive performance test, shaft into the core, magnetic tile into the rotor core, high-frequency curing and cooling, magnetic tile height and outer diameter testing, rotor magnetization and flux testing, rotor bearing press-fitting, PCBA program programming and testing, plasma cleaning of the end caps and harnesses, harness assembly, cover, glue filling and curing, stator into the chassis, motor assembly, induction ring press-fitting, insulation resistance and anti-electrical testing, PCBA assembly, motor zero marking, thermal conductive silicone grease coating at the bottom of end caps, and motor assembly. Project site
After the delivery of the production line, Wanfur quickly set up a specialized project team, the project manager coordinated the on-site work as a whole, and the project members went all out to complete the on-site installation, debugging, and delivery of the production in 30 days to achieve a monthly production capacity of 14,400 pieces.
