Stack assembly
From the pretreatment of the bipolar plate, the on-line and positioning of the membrane electrode are all realized automatically, ensuring the quality and consistency of the process. In key process sections, real-time data monitoring is realized, such as control and feedback of water bath temperature, displacement and pressure monitoring of servo press, and torque control of screw gun.
Energy storage container
Basic process: the whole line has the functions of container online, sealing plate removal, fan installation, line installation, fire protection test, water pipe installation, through-wall pipeline installation, PACK in-box, PACK fixation, branch hose connection, distribution cabinet installation, DCDC installation, complete machine wiring, manual recheck, pressure test, airtight test, status detection, liquid injection, function test, cleaning and sealing, and offline.
Stator assembly line
It covers special equipment for stator manufacturing of flat wire motor and automation of the whole line.
